The real question should be, how much will it cost you not to invest in a professional website? We understand that everyone is at a different season in their business, so we offer 3 package options as a starting point.

Web hosting, domain registration, and subscription fees are not included.
Squarespace provides excellent customer support and automatically updates your site with security and maintenance patches.
I will provide custom training videos showing you and your team how to update your site confidently and easily. For this reason, I don’t charge any retainer fees.
An SSL certificate is included with all Squarespace plans. Protecting your site (and visitors) from hackers and other web-crawling nasties is essential. I'll ensure your SSL certificate is installed and active before you launch.

If you have a particular date in mind, get in touch now! I am usually booked 6-8 weeks in advance… this is the ideal time for you to get on my calendar and gather your website content. If other professional services are required, please note that your project can’t begin until their work is complete. That’s why it’s best to get in touch sooner rather than later to develop an action plan together.

Yes ! These are very specialised fields. We have a few select professionals that we work closely with. Depending on your style, needs and budget, we will work with the right person for your project. Rest assured, you are in safe hands.

As I only work with one web design client at any given time, I can dedicate myself 100% to your project. When you book a custom website design, you book me for a set timeframe. Smaller projects take 2 weeks, and larger projects may take up to 4 weeks.

I use custom coding where necessary to enhance the styling and functionality of your site. For example, this accordion styling (colours, shape, spacing) isn’t possible without CSS code). My philosophy is to balance smart design with simplicity.

There are 3 SEO professionals, each one being one piece of the puzzle.
An SEO copywriter: To research keywords and write the copy (text) for your website and page meta titles/descriptions, incorporating SEO keywords in your brand’s voice using natural language. I recommend all clients engage an SEO copywriter if it is within their budget.
An SEO-focused web designer (me): To build your website with SEO best practices strategically utilising keywords provided by your SEO copywriter in all the right “SEO places” built into Squarespace or Shopify. I also optimise your images, use streamlined, clean code, correct heading hierarchy, ensure the website is mobile responsive, build for accessibility, minimise pop-ups, include internal site links, and thoughtfully use site animation. All of this important SEO stuff happens behind the scenes.
An SEO expert: They conduct keyword research, enhance website content, and ensure top-notch technical aspects. They also build quality backlinks and focus on local SEO if necessary. Monitoring, analyzing, and adapting strategies are integral to their role. As such, it is a holistic and ongoing service used by established businesses looking to invest in their organic search rankings.
